POS Store warrants its products against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the original date of purchase shown on the invoice or proof of purchase.

• 
  Warranty Provider: The warranty is handled directly by POS Store throughout the entire warranty period.

This warranty covers the repair or, at POS Store’s discretion, replacement of the product or defective parts, provided that the defect results from manufacturing or materials and not from external causes or misuse.

• Covered Components: Applies to the main unit and the original accessories included in the package.
  
• Service: The warranty includes the labor and parts required to correct the covered defect.

To request warranty service, the customer must follow these steps:

1. Initial Contact: The customer must contact POS Store’s technical support team (via WhatsApp or email) to report the issue.
   
2. Diagnosis: The support team will perform an initial remote diagnosis to try to resolve the issue. If the issue cannot be resolved remotely, the return process will be authorized.
   
3. Product Shipment: The product must be returned to the address provided by POS Store, in its original packaging (or packaging that provides equivalent protection), including all original accessories.
   

Note: Shipping costs for sending the product to POS Store for warranty service may be the customer’s responsibility. POS Store will cover the cost of shipping the repaired or replacement product back to the customer.

POS Store’s warranty does not apply under the following circumstances:

• Misuse or Accidental Damage: Damage caused by drops, impacts, liquid spills, fire, or any other accident.
  
• Improper Environmental Conditions: Damage resulting from exposure to extreme temperatures, excessive humidity, dust, or corrosive environments.
  
• Unauthorized Intervention: Any repair attempts, modifications, or disassembly of the product by personnel other than POS Store or authorized service centers.
  
• Electrical Issues: Damage caused by voltage fluctuations, electrical surges, or the use of non-original power adapters or cables.
  
• Normal Wear and Tear: Cosmetic deterioration, scratches, wear of consumable items (such as paper, ink, or batteries beyond their initial warranty period), or the normal end of the product’s useful life.
  
• Software and Configuration: Issues caused by third-party software, viruses, incorrect configuration, or data loss.
  

POS Store’s total liability for any warranty claim is strictly limited to the repair or replacement of the defective product, as stated in this policy. POS Store shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages, loss of revenue, loss of data, or costs associated with temporary replacement equipment.
